Cottage 2023 Rates 1, 2 and 3   Start at $90 4, 5, and 6   Start at $120 7 and 8   Start at $130 9 and 10   Start at $140 • Prices are subject to change without notice. • We are open from May 1st through October 31. • Our peak season is June 15 through September 15. Rates are slightly higher during the peak season versus the off-season. • Note that the rates for Cottages 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, and 10 are based on double occupancy. Extra guests, age 12 and older, will be charged $15 per night. • When making reservations online, please list guests age 12 and older as adults.

Reservations
	•	To make a reservation, use our Make a Reservation page. Or you may call us direct. In all cases, a valid or or or or number is required to make a reservation. Also see our Reservation and Cancellation Policies below.
	•	If you would like to bring your dog, please see our Dog Policy then let us know when you make your reservation.
Reservation and Cancellation Policies, 2023
		For all reservations... We do not take deposits at the time you make your reservation, and unless you receive a payment link from our email address, you don’t pay a deposit. You pay the full amount of your booking at check-in. Your reservation will be guaranteed by your credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card, as well as ApplePay. We do NOT accept debit cards at the time of booking. Note that cancellation of your reservation without a penalty is possible if it's done more than 14 days before your arrival date. But if you cancel 14 days or less before your arrival date, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your reservation. We will email you a payment link in mid-April for cottages booked more than 3 months ahead of your July, August, and September arrival dates. We ask for a deposit of 50% between May 1st and June 1st of any given year for July, August, and September reservations – if you cancel your reservation after June 15th, no refund will be given unless we can re-book the vacancy left by your cancellation, minus a $35 fee to cover our expenses.
